Nadeem Khan grew up in Mumbai with big ambitions and an even bigger drive to create something of his own. While his family had traditional career paths in mind for him, Nadeem found himself drawn to the world of business — studying event management through an international programme with TAFE before taking his first steps into the corporate world.
His entry into sales and marketing was, by his own admission, unplanned. A chance interview with a direct sales and marketing company in Mumbai turned into a defining moment. What he expected to be a temporary role became a complete revelation — he had found his calling. He was good at communicating, exceptional at understanding people, and naturally gifted at building trust. He went through every level of the training programme at his first organisation, completing all stages in approximately 16 months and becoming a Business Head and Manager.
In 2011, Nadeem Khan founded Emporis Organisation — determined to build a company that placed people at the centre of everything. Not just clients. Not just candidates. People.
Today, from his base in Bengaluru, Nadeem continues to lead Emporis with the same hands-on, people-first philosophy that has defined the company since day one. His vision for the next five years is clear: 100 offices across India's top A-tier and B-tier cities, a workforce of over 2,000 trained professionals, and ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue generated for Emporis clients.
