At Emporis Organisation, we believe that the best education happens when it is connected to real-world action. That is why every team member who joins us goes through a structured, multi-level certification programme — learning while they work, earning while they grow.

HOW IT WORKS

How the Programme Works

The Emporis Certification Programme is divided into three levels. Each level corresponds to a stage in your career progression and unlocks as you advance through the organisation. You do not need to pay for the programme — you are employed, earning, and certified simultaneously.

Upon completing each level, you receive a formal certificate issued by Emporis Organisation — a document you can add to your LinkedIn profile, Naukri CV, and professional portfolio to demonstrate verified, applied business skills.

LEVEL 1
Certificate Level 1 - Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing Certification

First 75 working days

Sales fundamentals, customer communication, field campaigns, brand representation, ethical sales methodology, and time management.

LEVEL 2
Certificate Level 2 - Recruitment & HRD

Recruitment & HRD Certification

90 additional working days

Recruiting, training delivery, people assessment, team development, performance review basics, and conflict resolution.

LEVEL 3
Certificate Level 3 - Business Leadership

Business Leadership Certification

120 additional working days

Team management, campaign strategy, financial basics, operations, leadership decision-making, and business planning.
