Sales & Marketing Careers in Bengaluru

— Start Here. Grow Everywhere.

At Emporis Organisation, we are not looking for people who are already perfect. We are looking for people who are hungry, ambitious, and willing to learn. Because we are very good at building people — and building people is our greatest competitive advantage.

We are currently hiring across our Bengaluru operations, as well as in Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Indore. If you are a graduate looking to start a meaningful career in sales, marketing, and business development — or if you want to eventually run your own marketing company — your journey starts here.

Performance Driven

Daily Training Ownership Path

What Kind of Work Will You Do at Emporis?

Let us be direct about what this role involves — because we believe clarity from day one leads to the best outcomes for everyone.

At Emporis Organisation, you will be doing face-to-face, field-based sales and marketing. This means you will go out into the market — to offices, residential areas, events, and corporate campuses — and represent our clients' brands in person. You will speak to potential customers, understand their needs, explain the value of a product or service, and help them make an informed decision.

This is not a desk job. It is also not a cold-calling centre. It is a real, on-the-ground sales role that will develop your communication skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, confidence, and ability to lead — faster than almost any other career path available to a fresh graduate.

We work with some of India's most respected organisations — NGOs like UNICEF and Save the Children, and corporate clients across banking and financial services. When you join Emporis, you represent brands that matter.

Your Daily Life at Emporis

Mornings — In-Office Training (3 Hours)

Every working day begins in the office. Group training sessions, one-on-one coaching, role plays, product knowledge updates, and team briefings. This is where the learning happens — structured, consistent, and intentional.

Field Hours — Customer-Facing Work (5 Hours)

After training, you go into the market. In your first month, you do this with a senior team member as your trainer and buddy — observing, learning, and gradually taking over as your confidence builds. This is where the earning happens.

Working Days

Working days for the sales team are Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday as the weekly off. This is intentional — weekends are peak days for customer interaction, and we ensure our team is in the field when opportunities are highest.

Career Progression — From Business Associate to Business Manager

Unlike most sales jobs in India, Emporis does not just offer a role — we offer a structured, time-bound career progression pathway with a clearly defined endpoint: running your own marketing company.

Who We Are Looking For

We are open to candidates from all academic and professional backgrounds — but the following profile fits best:

We do not judge people on their past. We judge them on their potential — and we have the training systems to unlock that potential.

Our Selection Process

Our hiring process is designed to be transparent, fair, and thorough — so that both you and we are confident before you join.

  1. Step 1 — Online Application or Screening: Apply through our website, Naukri.com, or LinkedIn. Our HR team will review your profile.
  2. Step 2 — Telephonic HR Round: A short call with our HR team to understand your background, interests, and what you are looking for.
  3. Step 3 — Round 1 Interview: An in-person interview at our Bengaluru office. We discuss your background, explain the role and company in detail, and assess your fit.
  4. Step 4 — Aptitude Test + Case Study: Conducted online through our candidate portal. Evaluates your analytical thinking and how you approach real business scenarios.
  5. Step 5 — Field Evaluation: You spend 2–3 hours in the field with one of our experienced team members. You observe how we work — no pressure to perform. This is about mutual fit.
  6. Step 6 — Final Interview + Offer: A final one-on-one conversation with one of our managers. If selected, you receive an offer and we schedule your induction.

Life at Emporis — Our Culture

  • You will never stop learning. Daily training is part of the job — not optional, not extra. It is built into every working day.
  • You will travel. Our team regularly visits other offices across India — Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore — for exposure trips, training events, and networking.
  • You will be surrounded by ambition. The people at Emporis are not clock-watchers. They are builders. And that energy is contagious.
  • You will be recognised for results. At Emporis, performance is rewarded — financially, with progression, and with expanded responsibility.
  • You will be treated fairly. We do not have old-school hierarchies. We have mentors, teammates, and a culture where everyone who joins starts at Level 1 — including the people who trained the people who trained you.

Frequently Asked Questions — Careers

I have never done sales before. Can I still apply?
Absolutely. Many of our best performers had zero sales experience before joining Emporis. Our training programme is designed to take people from zero and build them into confident, capable sales professionals — step by step. What matters more than experience is your attitude, communication, and willingness to learn.

Is this a field job? Will I be going outdoors?
Yes — this is a field-based role for our sales team. You will spend approximately 5 hours per day in the field, meeting potential customers in person across Bengaluru. Your mornings will be spent in the office for training. If you are looking for a purely desk-based role, this may not be the right fit — but if you enjoy meeting people, being out in the world, and having energy in your workday, you will thrive here.

What is the minimum qualification to join Emporis?
We prefer graduates or postgraduates for all roles. For sales and marketing roles, your field of study does not matter — it can be arts, science, commerce, engineering, or anything else. For HR, operations, finance, and tech roles, relevant education and at least 1 year of experience is required.

What are the working hours?
The sales team works Tuesday to Sunday. The backend, HR, and operations teams work Monday to Saturday. A typical day is approximately 8 hours — 3 hours of training in the office and 5 hours of field work.

How long does it take to become a Business Manager?
The timeline varies by individual — it depends entirely on your performance and progression through each level. On average, driven individuals who are consistent and put in the effort complete all levels and reach Business Manager status within 12 to 18 months. Some have done it faster.

Is travel required for this job?
For your daily field work, yes — you will move across different areas of Bengaluru (or whichever city you join in). Travel allowances are provided. As you grow within the organisation, there are also exposure trips to other Emporis cities across India, which are a significant part of the learning experience.

What happens when I reach the Owner Partner level?
At the Owner Partner / Business Manager level, Emporis gives you the full package to start and run your own marketing company — including clients, startup capital, operational infrastructure, legal support, and branding. You are not just promoted; you are set up as a business owner within the Emporis group. This is one of the most unique career outcomes in the direct sales industry in India.
